Definitions

Our Services

The academic assistance and study materials supplied by the Company are intended solely as informational resources and learning tools. The Customer is not permitted to use them as substitutes for homework, assignments, lectures, coursework, class requirements, or any other academic materials.

Customers do not have a copyright to the materials provided by the Company; therefore, they cannot claim ownership of them. All educational materials we offer are intended exclusively for research and reference purposes.

Editing and Proofreading are services for reviewing documents submitted by Customers. They include revisions and suggestions aimed at enhancing clarity, readability, and language accuracy.

Order Placement

Verification

Customers may be asked to undergo a verification to prevent fraud. It may involve confirming billing or order details via phone or in writing. This procedure will begin within 2 hours of receiving payment confirmation. If the Customer fails to complete the verification within a reasonable time, usually within 2 hours of payment confirmation, the Service may be delivered with a delay.

Order Instructions

The Customer consents to provide clear and precise order instructions, including all files, materials, and access credentials necessary for the successful completion of the order. If the Customer commits to providing additional materials, the order will be paused after payment to ensure the specialist has all the required data and can start working. The expert will only be assigned once all materials are received. The Customer understands that the progress of the order depends on the timely submission of these materials.

Besides, the Customer agrees to make reasonable efforts to give comprehensible and consistent instructions. Any conflicting directions may cause a delay, as we will stop work to doublecheck and clarify the details with the Customer. The Customer realizes that seeking clarification may impact the delivery timeline, and the Company will not be accountable for holdups caused by the need to confirm the instructions.

Obscure or Rare Sources

If for completing an order the expert will need access to obscure or rare sources, the needed materials or access credentials should be provided by the Customer within 2 hours after payment confirmation. In case the Customer will not supply the needed data within the specified timeframe, the Service delivery might be delayed.

Fees and Payment

The service fees of the Company can be found on the Website. The Company may establish a custom price for the work that falls outside the standard services or for amendments inconsistent with the initial instructions.

An advance payment is obligatory to begin work on an order. The Customer understands that an expert will only be assigned once the fee is paid and all essential instructions are given. Any delay in fulfilling these conditions may impact the delivery timeline, as the deadline only starts after both requirements are met.

Service Completion and Delivery

After finishing the order, we will deliver the results to the email address the Customer indicated during registration. Also, the results can be obtained via the Customer Admin Panel.

If the Customer doesn’t get the completed order by the agreed deadline, they should contact the Company for help with any technical problems. A representative will assist the Customer in retrieving the results.

The Company is not accountable for any delays or delivery issues due to problems with the Customer's email server or Internet Service Provider.

Reasonable Support and Cooperation

The Customer understands that no instructions or guidance while providing the Service could lead to delays in the delivery of the order, for which the Company is not answerable. It’s recommended to check your email frequently, as the freelance expert may have questions while working on the order. Besides, failing to check messages or providing an incorrect contact phone number may cause additional delays in the delivery of the order.

Deadline Extension by a Customer

The Customer may grant more time for a specialist to provide the ordered services. In that case, a new deadline will be set, and any delay will be established based on the revised timeline.

Order Cancellation Initiated by a Customer

The Customer acknowledges that a freelance expert is assigned to a project only after the corresponding fee is paid. Due to the specialized nature of the Service, refunds are only granted in the cases described in these terms. In other situations, refunds or discounts may be issued at the Company's discretion.

The Customer can cancel an order any time before the payment is made.

If the Customer has paid for the order but no specialist has been appointed yet, and the Customer wants to cancel, the Company will refund 80% of the total amount paid. If payment has been made and an expert has already been assigned, the Company will refund 40% of the paid sum.

Discounts and Balance

The Company offers seasonal discounts on a per-order basis. These offers cannot be combined. The discounts may be accepted or rejected by the Customer, but no refund is provided for them.

Funds provided by the Company to the Customer's Balance can be used for individual orders and may be combined with other discounts. If the Balance is sufficient, Customers can use these funds to pay for the full order. Additionally, Customers can add funds to their Balance by themselves. The funds added by Customers are refundable, while the money already in the Balance is not.

Guarantees

Money Back Guarantee

It's the Customer's responsibility to provide explicit order instructions and ensure the accuracy of all details regarding the order. While the Company will fully assist the Customer, the Customer's duty is to take reasonable care to ensure the Service meets the expected quality.

If the Customer wants to submit a refund request, it should be done in writing within 7 days of Service delivery, either through email or the Customer Admin Panel. Requests made after this timeframe will be disregarded. All refunds will be handled as specified here or at the Company’s discretion.

As the Service price is linked to specific delivery options, the late Service price will be adjusted according to the new deadline. The difference between the initial and revised costs will be refunded.

Free Revision Guarantee

If the Service doesn't align with the outlined instructions or guarantees indicated on the Company's Website, the Company agrees to make free amendments. The Customer should follow these rules:

Otherwise, the Company assumes that the Customer is content with the Service and is not entitled to a free revision.

The additional time needed by the freelance specialist to revise the order will not count against the original deadline. The extra time the expert needs to deliver the amended work may be granted at the Customer's discretion.

If the revision request differs from the initial requirements or if more than 14 days have passed, the Customer can still get a revision but will be charged a fee based on the extent of the changes.

When seeking a revision under the Free Revision Guarantee, the expert will need extra time to finalize the revised Service. This time will not count as a late delivery under the Money Back Guarantee.

Third-Party Links

The Website and Company staff may share links to external websites or resources. However, the Company is not answerable for their accessibility. We do not endorse, verify, or sponsor the linked sites. The Customer accepts that the Company is not accountable for any direct or indirect damages or losses caused by visiting these links.

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be accountable for any indirect, direct, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or losses stemming from the utilization of the Website or the provided Service.

Privacy and Security

The Company commits to safeguarding the privacy of all details shared by the Customer during the ordering process unless disclosure is mandated by law or needed to investigate fraudulent activities. More specifics about the Company’s practices related to the acquisition and preservation of user data is disclosed on the Privacy Policy page.

Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Company does not offer advertising, services, guarantees, customer support, or website access to people or entities in "Prohibited Jurisdictions," including the Russian Federation, Iran, Sudan, North Korea, Syria. Entities and individuals from these regions are forbidden to use services provided by UniPapers.net. By utilizing our Website and services, you confirm that you are not residing in, located in, or representing anyone from any of these countries.

Amendments

You consent that we have the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. We suggest checking this section of our Website periodically, as any updates will be published here.

Governing Law

The laws of the United States apply to this Agreement and your usage of the Website, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your access to the Website may also be controlled by local, state, national, or international laws. Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement will be under the jurisdiction of the American courts.
